Terms of Service

Usual wait time for a custom hat is usually between 6-12 weeks but are subject to change based on how many customers are on the wait list. Please ask for specific wait times upon purchase. NOTE: these are estimated wait times and are subject to change. Please allow an extra week or two if needed.

All sales are final on both custom and ready to wear hats. No returns. No exceptions. If you are located in Southern California an appointment can be made to tweak the final design of the hat free of charge (exclusions apply). Hats can also be shipped to the shop for any tweaks needed.

If a customer does not pay the balance due on a custom order within 30 days of the hats completion, then the customer forfeits their deposit placed on the order and the hat belongs to Bowman Hat Company from that day forward to be sold as a stock hat.

If a deposit is placed, and a customer does not respond to any emails, calls, or communication of any kind for 3 months, the deposit will be forfeited and the felt will no longer belong to said customer.
